Short version: we hold the business notes and messages you put into Bantayo so the desks can do their work. We do not sell them.

What we store

Your account details, your workspace Brain notes, and the drafts the desks produce. You can ask us to delete a workspace at any time.

Approvals

Nothing is published or emailed on your behalf without you approving it first inside the app.

Calls

The Line phone desk is not live yet. When it opens, calls may be recorded or transcribed. Before that happens we will show you a recording notice and the settings you need to meet local rules in Australia, the United States, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
